Sworn Translator in Lanzarote
If you need a sworn translator in Lanzarote, you’ve come to the right place. I’m Olga María Negrín Ramos, an English sworn translator appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and I’ve been doing this in Arrecife for 26 years. Sworn and non-sworn translations, in English and all languages, with an official stamp, signature and legal validity.
Our process is straightforward: email us a scanned copy of your document, we’ll provide a quote, and when it’s ready, we’ll hand you the stamped and signed translation in person. No artificial rush, and peace of mind knowing it’s handled by someone who’s spent a lifetime doing this.

How does it work?
1
Send us your document
Scan the document and email it to olganegrinramos@telefonica.net. Let us know whether you need a sworn or non-sworn translation and which language.
2
We’ll provide a quote and turnaround time
We review it and get back to you with the price and delivery date. We never quote a price without seeing the document first, because every document is different.
3
Collect your translation
We hand it to you with my official stamp and signature. If you’re in Fuerteventura, we send it by inter-island courier.
Why 26 years is no accident
Because this is not a job you can improvise. Every document is different, every case has its own details, and we need to see the document before quoting a price and turnaround time. That only comes with years of experience, and we have 26 of them. We’re not the fastest at promising impossible deadlines; we’re the ones who deliver a well-prepared translation, stamped, signed and error-free.
Frequently asked questions
-
How do I request a quote?
By email. Send us the document scanned as a PDF to olganegrinramos@telefonica.net and we’ll get back to you with the price and turnaround time. We don’t provide quotes without seeing the document, because every document is different.
-
Why is email preferable?
We’re at notaries’ offices every morning and need to concentrate. Email lets us handle every request carefully, in order, without missing anything. It’s how we ensure good service and a considered response, not an off-the-cuff one.
-
Do you translate all languages?
Yes. I do English translations myself as a sworn translator. For other languages, we arrange sworn and non-sworn translations into any language through accredited professionals.
-
Is the translation provided in hard copy?
Yes. Sworn translations are handed over in person, with an official stamp and signature.
-
Do you serve clients in Fuerteventura?
Yes. Send us the document by email and we’ll send you the hard-copy translation by courier between the islands. It’s fast and affordable.
